My First Post From My New Home

Am I really here? It only took 10 minutes to move. Unlike some
people who drag it out for months. You know who I'm talkin' 'bout,
don't you?

Welcome. I am still fixing things up. Check back later and I might
be more hospitable. Or I might not.

Did you freakin move the blog again? Whassamatter, too many people co-opting all those OH SO WITTY catchphrases of yours?

(WV: lvkxe - leave cakes. did you remember to make one before you moved?)

You know, that's much easier to read. Yay you!
Consider this your housewarming present.

Hmm,I like your new pad.

Know what was weird? Awhile back I signed up for the livefeed on your blog, (you know, thatRSS feed thingie) and the livefeed automatically signed me on to your new blog. I didn't have to take the detour!

Lantern,
It is I, not the imaginary Mabel. The color is kind of pukey, but lighter.

Stewinginhamm,
No, I don't mind people stealing my phrases. I'm such a trendsetter...like that mean girl in Mean Girls who kept trying to popularize the word "fetch". And my Word Verification? What I mean is, LEAVE CAKE. All of you. Leave me some cake. Mabel is partial to buttercream frosting, none of that healthy whipped stuff for her. I prefer chocolate cake and chocolate icing. Just leave it on the porch and ring the bell. I don't like visitors, you know.

Stacie,
I'm glad I haven't driven you to those trifocal granny glasses. Or haaaaave I? I wonder how my creek rock pictures would look against this background...

Chick,
See...even my new blog is psychic!

Carolyn,
OK, don't get paranoid. I wasn't talking about you. Really. Mr. Stewed Hamm took about a lifetime to move, and I had to rub it in. Come back some time when we're both completely moved.

I'm confused......didn't you just put up new wallpaper and spray Febreze? The address hasn't changed, has it? Don't confuse me so early on a Monday morning!!

Either way, the Febreze smells great and the wallpaper is charming!

Diva,
Actually, I moved my OLD HOUSE and built a new one at the same address. For the Blog Protection Program, you know. It's about as effective as changing my name from Hillbilly Mom to Hillbilly Mum.
